We now have 24 vendors! YES, 24!!!! We have a wide variety of all kinds of produce, baked goods, fresh popcorn, birdhouses, handmade bags, fresh roasted coffee beans, wood plaques, fertilizer, and much more! Stop by any Wednesday and/or Saturday and see who is set up that day.
Several of the produce vendors will once again be taking the *FMNP (senior/WIC) coupons. We are encouraging all our produce vendors to sign up for this wonderful program! NEW THIS YEAR: The Lincoln Farmer's Market will be taking Chamber Bucks and we will also have Lincoln Farmer's Market Gift Certificates available for purchase and use during the market season.
Even though the season has started we are still seeking churches that would like to have bake sale fundraisers at the market; growers/producers to sell produce; bakers who can follow the farmer's market act and food safety guidelines, entertainers/artists to perform a couple hours on a Saturday morning, and community organizations who would like to showcase what they have to offer. It is not too late to get your spot as a vendor or on the schedule!
Anyone interested in joining us during the 2010 season needs to contact me at their earliest convenience. I will be happy to email or postal mail you all the information that you need or just click here for the application. The market is a fun, entertaining, enjoyable place to be. We have the best produce, the best vendors, the best entertainment, and we are working with the best organizations!! We are giving back to the community that has helped us and supported us.
